You know if only Pinkie Pie was in this... anyways I was kinda mixed about it. Lots of cute moments and a special guest appears! It's not the Scootaloo episode I wanted though. I love Rarity's outfit.
Are you kidding this was the first episode where i actually likes Rainbow Dash. It was amazing in my opinion. And I loved how Sweetie Belle and Rarity interacted! Plus Luna is now Leonardo DiCaprio.
I liked the episode, but I kinda wanted to learn more about Scoot's background. Does she have a family, where does she come from, etc., etc. Hopefully, they'll do a Scootalo and Rainbow only episode, and we can fill in the background there. I also liked the Luna cameo :3
I thought it was an "okay" episode. Yeah it did have some good moments, but I was hoping to get more background on Scootaloo, like where she lives or relatives she has. Something. Rarity knows how to "Rough it" in style.
I loved the episode so much. It has a great amount of humor and heart-warming moments. And since as a child I was very much like Scootaloo, I can really relate to her experiences.
I have put this so far as the best episode of Season 3 yet. Mainly for three reason.
1) Regardless of what some people may have been expecting or not expecting, they kept to the characters VERY well. Their personalities were spot on, and of course, mostly with RD and Scootaloo, they took them one step further in a totally natural direction. The episode fits very well with the continuity.
2) Very well done on an age-appropriate lesson, and handled very well in this case. Hasbro and MLP needs to keep their target audience in mind, and they hit the nail on the head very well with this one.
3) Even though they are still catering to the Bronies (which I love when they do), it doesn't detract from any of the other quality and work they've put into it. Luna, plus ScootaDash Sisterly bonding! Epic beyond belief.
The facts they fit all that together, even if some people are going to be not as happy with the episode, you have to respect the sheer crazy awesome work they are still putting into the series. Season 3, for me, has shown that this is not going to be a temporary fandom. MLP and Bronies are here to stay.
