I felt so sorry for Rainbow Dash. 
The Wonder Bolts don't deserve her!
I don't mean that. I know the Wonder Bolts were just very busy. There was one scene where Spitfire was impressed but then was taken to have photos taken.
Also during that party scene, Spitfire looked like she was high on something. I chuckle when I re-watch those scenes.
